Jonathan “JJ” Morris is the leader of the SARCRAFT Instructor Corps.
He is a fourth-generation master woodsman, and has worked as a professional hunter, tracker, and forester.
JJ is a 14-year veteran of Cherokee County Fire/EMS Wilderness Search & Rescue Team, and is one of two NASAR-certified Level 1 Search & Rescue Technicians in the state of Georgia, Alex Bryant being the other~
Although he possesses an extremely well-rounded outdoor skill set, he specializes in both human and animal tracking, technical rope rescue, hunting, and fire-craft.
However, it’s worth saying that his greatest skill might be teaching… he has a natural talent for developing excellent course content, connecting with students, and helping them quickly grasp complex skill sets… and this is just scratching the surface!
We all need to share a campfire with ol’ JJ!
